About the Role:

The Aladdin Product Group within BlackRock’s Alternatives department is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team in Gurgaon. You’ll contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of eFront Invest—a key private markets platform supporting the alternative investment industry. As part of a diverse and innovative team, you’ll help build scalable, high-quality solutions that empower clients and drive business growth.

Your Role and Impact:

• Build new product features from conception to deployment in production environments.
• Work on all layers of a SaaS product, including production monitoring and incident resolution on cloud platforms.
• Integrate development work into team processes, including CI/CD, automated testing, and standardized methodologies.
• Collaborate across global teams, contributing to an environment focused on innovation and technical excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in software development, ideally in full-stack environments.
• Ability to navigate and understand existing codebases.
• Curiosity and willingness to engage with the functional aspects of the product; foundational knowledge of the finance industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
